Agony was Class III of Free Weights and Ball, 1 hour of unmitigated hell. Oh, we did get 30
second water breaks occasionally. I'm too old to try being a pretzel!
Ecstasy was our hike through the woods today, where we spotted a white tailed deer.
Apparently no one has spotted one of those for a long time. When I am revitalized from
"the Class" we'll get a picture of it on the blog. Was beautiful.
I'm going to get my hotwater bottle.
