Ouch

What fun, entering into a fitness program for 1st time in 15-20 years. Exercise with a twist,
a giant rubber ball that you are supposed to balance your b0dy on while doing weights!
Try going from sitting position and walking!!! you way off the ball until only your head rests
on the ball and your feet on the ground. Other body parts are to remain off the floor and
stomach to be sucked in.
Try gripping a giant ball between your knees and squeezing, there were giant balls popping
out from everywhere to bounce off the head of the person beside you.
But, we survived the first episode, back again Wednesday. Funniest part is seeing women trying
to get from car to gym in one trip, hanging on to purse, ball, weights, exercise mat and
dignity.
