Being the wonderful man that I am, I was out on the porch putting bread crumbs and black oil sunflower seed in the many feeder's we have. The Bright Blue Stellar Jays land almost next to me to get at their favorites first, the other many small "Birds" wait until I am gone to feast.
Today all is going as usual, when suddenly I felt something fairly heavy land on my head. I shook my head and a Red headed Woodpecker, jumped off and flew a few feet.
So what can we learn from this Boys and Girls?
1: I am a redhead so the woodpecker felt a kinship?
2: I am Braindead and my skull has turned to Wood.
You will be pleased to know that herself may be home tonight or tomorrow and this blog will begin to look sane again. I DID MY BEST, A POX ON YOU ALL!
